Paperback:
The most economical style, the printed card
cover being cut flush with the text pages.
Hardback:
Much more expensive than paperback; the hard
'case' extending beyond the edges of the text
pages is normally covered with a plain colour
material with the title etc foil-blocked on
the spine, and a printed dustjacket wrapped
around the case.

NB: The preparation
costs remain the same for a print run of 500
or 5000 (or more) copies. Therefore the cost
